Miphen Beta Terms

Thanks for testing Miph early. These beta terms add to our Terms of Service. If they conflict, these beta terms apply during the beta.

1. It's a beta. Miph is unfinished. Features may break, change or disappear without notice, Miph may make more mistakes than it eventually will, and texts or calls may be delayed or fail. Please don't depend on Miph for anything important during the beta.

2. It's free. You won't be charged during the beta. If we later offer paid plans, you'll only pay if you choose one and agree to its terms.

3. Feedback. We may ask how Miph is working for you, by text, email or in the web app. Answering is always optional, and you can tell us to stop asking. We can use your feedback to improve Miph without owing you anything. If we invite you to a feedback call or interview, we'll ask your permission before recording it.

4. Your data. We handle your data as our Privacy Policy says. To fix problems during the beta, the team may review conversations more often, always logged and only for safety, support you asked for, or debugging.

5. Sharing. You're welcome to talk about Miph and share your own experience. Please don't share other testers' names, conversations or personal details, including from events.

6. When the beta ends. We'll tell you before it ends. Your account and history carry over to the public version unless you delete your account first. These beta terms then stop applying.

7. Leaving. You can leave the beta anytime by replying STOP or deleting your account in settings.
