About Miph's AI

Miph is an AI, not a person. Every text and call from Miph is generated by artificial intelligence. No human writes Miph's messages or speaks on its calls.

How Miph works

• Replies: Miph's words come from a large language model provided by Anthropic, guided by Miphen's instructions.
• Voice: On calls, Miph speaks with an AI-generated voice from ElevenLabs. It isn't a recording of a real person.
• Listening: Calls are transcribed by ElevenLabs so Miph can understand and remember them. We keep the transcript, not the audio.
• Memory: Miph remembers what you've shared so you don't have to repeat yourself, and so it can notice patterns over time.
• Birth charts: Miph calculates a birth chart from your birth details using traditional birth-chart systems, as one starting point among many.

What Miph can't do

• Miph can be wrong. It can misunderstand you or state things confidently that aren't true.
• Miph's insights are interpretations, not facts or predictions.
• Miph isn't a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial advisor, and it isn't an emergency service. If you're in danger, call 911; if you're thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988. See our Safety page.
• Miph only knows what you tell it. It hears one side of every story, so it treats what you share as information, not the whole truth.

Your controls

• Correct Miph when it gets something wrong; it will remember the correction.
• See your conversation history and insights in the web app.
• Turn off "Use my conversations to train and improve our AI" in settings.
• Reply STOP to stop all texts and calls, or delete your account anytime.
